Spaceworks is a temporary solution for vacant spaces. We hope that by activating spaces in the short-term, properties will find long-term tenants.  Eventually, we envision Tacoma’s streetscape as a vibrant one, with too few vacant properties, rather than too many. If you are looking to rent or buy a commercial space, please consider looking at the properties that have participated in Spaceworks.
